A. You can find your pin number on your gift certificate. 

Q. I lost my gift certificate can you replace it?

A. We can not replace and hold no accountability for lost or stolen gift certificates.

Q. Do my gift certificates expire?

A. Our gift certificates do expire after 5 years of being input into our system, but can be entered into the system at any time without expiration. There are NO fees associated with gift certificates over a certain date. You are welcome to use your gift certificates at any time.

Q. How can I request a free play?

A. There is a free play button on every kiosk.
